While consulting with hundreds of practices across the nation with PT Benchmark studies, I am regularly asked about wages and benefits. An Internet search yields a number of sites that offer wage information. However, almost none provide information on the value of benefits and not one was solely focused on physical therapy.
So, in response to multiple requests, in 2009 I began developing PTSalary.com to solve the wage and benefit question for all staff members in PT practices. Over the last year we’ve refined the process and now all we need is data to make it useful. You can’t buy this level of detail anywhere, so we need practice owners and individuals to submit their data.
Upon entering your data you’ll be able to run reports by state, region and nationwide. PTSalary.com is a participation website so if more people enter their accurate data we will be able to give more accurate reports.
